Al-Fihaa announced signing Brazilian midfielder Rafael Assis on one year loan from Portuguese outfit Sporting Braga.
Assis expressed his happiness for joining Al-Fihaa promising he will do his best to achieve Al-Fihaa fans hopes.
Signing procedures took place at Al-Fihaa residence in Netherlands preparatory camp.
