Al-Hazm, Ohod secure tough victories



Matches of the 18th round of Prince Mohammed bin Salman League for Professional Clubs, resumed on Sunday with two games.
Al-Faisaly lost 2-1 at home to Al-Hazm, At ALMajma`a City Stadium.
Denilson Pereira Junior broke the deadlock for the hosts after 55 minutes, before Al-Hazm make a comeback with two goals from Jhon Pajoy and Osama Al Khalaf in the 79 and 90+3 minutes.
Al-Hazm reached 19 points in the 12th place, while Al-Faisaly remained with 24 points in the 8th place on the table.
Ohod secured their second win of the season by beating Al-Ittifaq 2-1, at Prince Mohammed bin Abdul Aziz Stadium.
Mohamed Fouzair and Carl Medjani scored for Ohod in the 20th and 46th minutes, before Ahmed Akaichi narrowed the gap with the consulate goal of Al-Ittifaq in the 51 minute.
Ohod increased their total up to 9 points in the 16th place, while Al-Ittifaq sits seventh with 26 points.
The matchday 18 matches will be concluded with three matches on Monday; Al-Hilal will host Al-Fateh, Al-Ittihad will visit Al-Wahda and Al-Shabab will meet Al-Raed.
Matches of the 18th round was kicked off on Saturday, with three games; Al-Qadsya overcame Al-Fayhaa 2-0, Al-Ahli beat Al-Batin 2-1 and Al-Nasr lost 3-1 to Al-Taween.
