SPL round 22: Al-Nasr, Al-Taween win .. Ohod, Al-Fateh share spoils



Al-Nasr continued their winning run against Al-Shabab by beating them 1-0 at King Fahd International Stadium.
Abdel Razek Hamdalla netted the sole goal of the game in the 38th minute.
Al-Nasr now have 49 points in the second place three points behind Al-Hilal the leader with a game in hand for the title holders while Al-Shabab remained third with 40 points.
Al-Nasr's win over Al-Shabab is the fifth in a row in their clashes.
At King Abdullah Al Jawhara International Stadium Al-Taween beat their visitors Al-Ittifaq 4-1.
Abdel Fatah Adam opened the score after 6 minutes before Landre Tawamba netted a hat-trick in the 37th, 50th and 79th minutes while Ahmed Akayshei scored the visitors sole goal in the 57th minute.
Al-Taween's total moved up to 39 points in the 4th place while Al-Ittifaq stayed with 28 points in the 9th place.
Al-Fateh held to a 0-0 draw with their hosts Ohod at Prince Mohammed bin Abdul Aziz Stadium.
Al-Fateh now have 32 points in the 7th place while Ohod lie 16th with 13 points.
The matchday games will be continued with another three games on Friday.
Al-Raed the 10th with 24 points will host Al-Qadsya the 11th with 23 points at King Abdullah Sport City Stadium.
Al-Hilal the leaders with 52 points will receive Al-Faisaly the 8th with 30 points at King Saud University Stadium.
Al-Ittihad will face Al-Ahli in Jeddah derby at King Abdullah Al Jawhara International Stadium.
Al-Ahli have 36 points in the 5th place while Al-Ittihad lie 15th with 15 points.
The matchday games will be concluded with two games on Saturday.
Al-Batin the 13th with 18 points will receive Al-Wahda the 6th with 34 points.
The last game of the round will be played at ALMajma`a City Stadium, between Al-Fayhaa the 14th with 16 points and Al-Hazm the 12th with 23 points.
