Al-Nasr close gap on Al-Hilal .. Al-Ahli, Al-Ittihad win



The matches of the 23rd round of Prince Mohamed Bin Salman League for Professionals were resumed on Friday with four matches.
Al-Ahli beat AL-Qadsya 2-1 at Prince Saud Bin Jalawi Sport City Stadium.
Bismark Ferrera put Al-Qadsya in front in the 31st minute before Al-Ahli made the comeback in the 37th and 94th minutes through Aderllan Santos and Omar Al-Somah.
Al-Ahli reached 40 points in the 5th place on the other hand AL-Qadsya's total frozen at 24 points in the 11th spot.
Al-Nasr needed the last 20 minutes to turn the game around Al-Ittifaq by scoring three goals to cancel Al-Ittifaq's 2-0 lead, at King Fahd International Stadium.
Ramon Arias and Phihp Kis gave Al-Ittifaq the lead in the 27th and 57th minutes before Abdel Razik Hamdalla netted twice and Fahd Al-Gemia added another goal in the 70th, 89th and 98th minutes.
Al-Nasr now have 52 points in the second place closing the gap on the leaders Al-Hilal to 4 points while Al-Ittifaq remained with 28 points in the 9th place.
At King Abdullah Stadium a penalty and late strike from Aleksandar Prijovic in the 62nd and 90th minutes gave Al-Ittihad the second victory in the season 2-0 over AL-Fayhaa.
Al-Ittihad rose two spots to become 13th with 19 points while AL-Fayhaa downed to the 15th spot.
At King Saud University Stadium Al-Hilal held to a 1-1 draw with their visitors Al-Wahda.
Carlos Eduardo put Al-Hilal in front in the 47th minute, but Al-Wahda's Jaber Eseri made it 1-1 in the 77th minute.
Al-Hilal remained atop the league table with 56 points while Al-Wahda reached 36 points in the 6th place on the table.
The round matches will be concluded with two matches on Saturday؛ in the first game AL-Batin the 14th with 19 points will visit AL-Fateh the 7th with 32 points at King Abdullah Bin Jalawi Sport City Stadium, while in the last game of the matchday AL-Hazm the 12th with 23 points will host Ohod the 16th with 13 points.
