Abha team started training on Thursday, at Al-Massif Club Stadium, Masqa, within their preparatory camp for the next season 2019-2020.
Abha players trained under the supervision of assistant manager Mohamed Karim and fitness trainer Abdalla Al-Solimani, as the players performed several physical workouts.
The training was attended by club vice president, Abdel Al-Ali Al-Harbi and some of the board members.
For his part, Al-Harbi told the players that they must do their best in the training, to raise their physical fitness level.
Board member Abdalla Shoeil confirmed that the internal camp will be held without the foreign players, while the external camp in Tunisia will witness the attendance of all players.
