Al-Shabab focuses on the physical aspects led by coach, "Sultan Qanawi"



Al-Shabab team continued their training on Monday night at the club's "Redeef" stadium in Riyadh, starting with a physical focus, led by fitness trainer Sultan Al-Qanawi.

The team started with warm-up and warm-up exercises. The players then exercised intensively, strengthening the muscles of the legs, back and abdomen.

The players were then subjected to intensive fitness exercises by running between the cones and speeds with a quick jog, from mid-pitch to the end.
