Al-Hilal held by Al-Faisaly, Al-Taween comeback stuns Al-Ittifaq



Al-Hilal held to a 1-1 draw with their hosts Al-Faisaly, at ALMajma`a City Stadium, in matchday 10 of Prince Mohammed Bin Salman League for Professionals.
Salman El-Faraj gave the leaders the advantage in the 80th minute, before a late equalizer from Hussein El-Qahtani leveled the score in the 90th minute.
The draw made Al-Hilal lost two points for the first time this season, stopping the best ever start in the Saudi Pro League, which witnessed 9 wins in a row.
Al-Hilal now have 28 points at the top of the league, while Al-Faisaly dropped to 9th place with 12 points.
At Prince Saud Bin Jalawi Sport City Stadium, Al-Taween scored four goals to turn the game around their hosts Al-Ittifaq clinching a 4-2 win.
Hussien El-Sayed and Mohamed El-Kwaikabi put Al-Ittifaq in front in the 11th and 17th minutes, before Leandre Tawamba, Heldon Augosto and Sidrek Amesi scored the visitors goals in the 30th, 49th, 72nd and 76th minutes.
Al-Taween's total moved up to 15 points in the 6th spot, one point ahead of Al-Ittifaq the 7th on the table.
The round games will be concluded on Friday with Jeddah Derby between Al-Ittihad, the 16th with two points, against Al-Ahli the third with 19 points, at King Abdullah Al Jawhara International Stadium.
