Carreno led Al-Nasr to beat their hosts Al-Qadsya with 3 goals without reply in the opening game of the matchday, at Prince Saud Bin Jalawi Sport City Stadium.
Ahmed Musa the scorer of Al-Nasr's treble picked up the best player award for his hat-trick.
For its part, the best fans award went to Al-Ahli fans, who gathered with large crowds at King Abdullah Al Jawhara International Stadium to support Jeddah-based team in their 2-0 win over Al-Hazm.
