Sumudica, Hamdallah win December awards of Prince Mohammed bin Salman League for Professionals



Al-Shabab coach Marius Sumudica, has been named Prince Mohammed Bin Salman League for Professionals coach of the month of December, presented by Saudi Pro League Association.
For his part, Al-Nasr striker Abderazak Hamdallah won the best player award of the month of December, so every winner from both will receive a prize of 50000 SAR.
The Romanian coach led Al-Shabab for clinching four victories, two away from home and the other two at their own ground.
Al-Shabab beat Ohod 1-0 and Al-Batin 4-0 at home, while outside their stadium they overcame Al-Ahli with a sole goal and finally ended their impressive run during the last month of the year by beating the hosts Al-Hazm 3-1.
12 points earned by Al-Shabab during December cemented up their position on the table with 28 points in the third place.
The Moroccan striker of Al-Nasr Hamdallah demonstrated his quality during December by scoring 7 goals, one against Al-Hilal, brace versus Al-Ittihad, before scoring a super hat-trick against Al-Raed to reach 9 goals to be the fifth in the list of the top scorers of Prince Mohammed Bin Salman League for Professionals, levelled with Al-Ittifaq Cristian Guanca.
The last three months awards of the best coach have gone to Al-Hilal, Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus, for the month of September, Fabio Carille, coach of Al-Wahda team for the month of October, and Al-Fayhaa coach Slavoljub Muslin for the month of November.
While the best player of the month award went to, The Algerian keeper Rais Mbolhi (Al-Ittifaq), Venezuelan midfielder Romulo Otero (Al-Wahda) and Cameroonian striker Leandre Tawamba (Al-Taweeon) in a row.
