Al-Hilal, Al-Nassr stars talk to SPL ahead of Riyadh derby



Saudi Professional League Association website, met number of Al-Hilal and Al-Nassr players, ahead of Riyadh derby clash, which will be played on Sunday, in the 8th round of Prince Mohamed Bin Salman Professionals Cup League, as Al-Hilal are the league leaders while Al-Nassr are the title holders.

For his part, Al-Hilal Peruvian midfielder Andre Carllio, said that Al-Nassr game is a different game in all aspects.

"Al-Hilal game with Al-Nassr is a special game, all players want to take part in it, in the last two games in the last season, the stands were full", he said.

"A lot of emotions were present in the last season, we lost in the last minutes, their fans were very emotional, these games are beautiful, although we did not win but these emotions remain with the player for ever", he added.

In the same context, Al-Hilal's Sebstian Giovinco stressed that Al-Nassr game in very important, as: "we lost the league with one point because of this match, it was a very difficult moment".

On the other hand, Al-Nassr keeper Brad Jones, confirmed that: "The last two games were very important, specially the second one, when Bruno Oveni netted the winner it was a great moment".

"His goal was the turning points which gave us the league title", he added.

Finally Al-Nassr's Juliano said that Al-Nassr presented a very good game in the first round, before clinching win in the second derby at Al-Nassr's Stadium, as the victory paved the way for winning the league title.
