SPL round 25 kicks off with five wins



The matches of Prince Mohamed Bin Salman League for Professionals week 25 were opened on Thursday with five matches.
In the first game, Al-Hazm overcame Al-Fateh 1-0 with a goal from Kennedy Igboananike in the 47th minute.
Al-Hazm now have 27 points in the 11th spot, on the other hand Al-Fateh's total frozen at 33 points in the 8th place.
At ALMajma`a City stadium Al-Fayhaa beat Al-Batin 2-1 with a late goal from Danilo Morino Aspirlla.
Nawaf Al-Sobhi gave Al-Fayhaa the lead in the 59th minute before Zayad Al-Awaaili made it 1-1 in the 68th minute, but a last gasp winner from Aspirlla in the 89th minute gave Al-Fayhaa the victory.
AL-Fayhaa reached 22 points in the 14th place ahead of Al-Batin the 15th on goal difference.
A late own goal from Renato Shavez Junior gave Al-Taween a 1-0 victory over Al-Wahda at King Abdullah Sport City Stadium.
Shavez scored against his own team in the 96th minute.
Al-Taween's total moved up to 46 points in the 3rd place on the other hand Al-Wahda remained with 36 points in the 6th place.
At Prince Mohamed Bin Fahd Stadium, Al-Ittifaq completed a late comeback to beat Al-Qadsya 3-2.
Bismark Ferrera opened the score after 24 minutes from a penalty kick, but Brian Aleman equalized in the 49th minute.
Elton Jose regained the lead for Al-Qadsya in the 83rd minute, but Hazza Al-Hazza and Ahmed Akayshi scored two goals in the 87th and 90th minutes to give Al-Ittifaq the win.
Al-Ittifaq reached 32 points in the 9th place while Al-Qadsya stayed with 24 points in the 12th place.
At King Abdullah Stadium, in Jeddah, Al-Raed stunned Al-Ahli with an astonishing comeback to get a 5-4 victory.
Al-Raed scored two goals in the first 6 minutes through Mohamed Al-Amri and Saleh Al-Shehri before Al-Ahli turned the game around with three goals in the space of 17 minutes by Mohnd Eseri, Salman Al-Moasher and Taiser Al-Jasim in the 10th, 20th and 27th minutes.
In the second half Eseri added his second goal in the 53rd minute, before Al-Shehri scored three goals in 8 minutes to make the result 5-4.
Al-Raed now have 31 points in the 10th place while Al-Ahli remained with 40 points in the 5th place.
