Al-Ittihad stun Al-Nasr in the concluding game of SPL matchday 27



Al-Ittihad overcame Al-Nasr 3-2 in the concluding game of Prince Mohamed Bin Salman League for Professionals round 27, at King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh.
Al-Ittihad ended the first half with a 2-0 lead through Alexander Projovic brace in the 32nd and 43rd minutes.
In the second half Abdel Razik Hamdalla scored twice in the 69th and 74th minutes to make it 2-2 before Fahd Al-Moled netted the winning goal for the guests two minutes before the final whistle.
Al-Ittihad reached 28 points to jump to the 12th place, on the other hand Al-Nasr lost their leadership after their total points were frozen at 61 points, two points behind Al-Hilal the leaders.
Al-Ittihad scored their first win over Al-Nasr in the league since August 2012.
The matchday games were kicked off on Thursday with Al-Ittifaq goalless draw with Al-Fateh, Al-Shabab 2-1 win over Al-Batin and Al-Hazm 1-0 victory over Al-Raed.
The round games were resumed on Friday with 4 games saw Al-Taween, AL-Fayhaa, Al-Hilal and Al-Faisaly wins over Al-Qadsya, Ohod, Al-Ahli and Al-Wahda in a row.
