Al-Ittihad duo, Al-Nasr fans pick up SPL round 27 awards
Al-Ittihad striker Fahd Al-Moled picked up the best player award of the 27th round of Prince Mohamed Bin Salman League for Professionals.
Al-Moled led Al-Ittihad to beat Al-Nasr 3-2 after scoring the goal of the win two minutes before the final whistle in addition to assisting the second goal.
Al-Moled became the third Saudi player to be chosen by the Saudi Professional League Technical Committee as the best player in the round, after Abdalaa AL Al-Salim from AL-Fayhaa in the 4th round and Al-Fateh's Mohammed Al Majhad in the 21st round.
For his part, Al-Ittihad manager, Luis Sieara won the best coach award of the round for the first time courtesy of Al-Ittihad win over Al-Nasr which led Jeddah-based team to the 12th place with 28 points.
For the third time this season, Al-Nasr fans won the best fans award for their effective attendance at King Fahd International Stadium during Al-Ittihad match.
It must be noted that, the winners of the best awards every round receive 10 thousands SAR for each one, while the best fans get an honorary shield.
