Al-Ahli's president, Ahmed Al-Sayegh, ended Monday's contract with Serbian international midfielder Daniel Aleksej, 28.

Al-Ahly's official account on Twitter said Aleksej had been included in a contract for a period of three years.

Daniel Aleksej moved to Al- Ahli from Malatyspor, Turkey.
