Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Fayhaa Club Abdullah bin Ahmed Abanmi adopted the organizational structure of the club's executive management and the administrative body of the first football team in the framework of organizing administrative work within the club.

The executive management of the club included: Othman Al Shenifi, Chief Executive Officer, Abdulrahman Al Ahaidab, Chief Financial Officer, Mohsen Al Rashidi, Director of Media Center, Yousuf Al Hamdan, Public Relations Manager, and Maher Al Hussainan, Support Services Manager.
