SPL round 2: Al-Nasr, Al-Shabab, Al-Ahli earn victories



The matches of the second round of Prince Mohamed Bin Salman League for Professionals were resumed on Friday with three games.
At Prince Faisal Bin Fahd Stadium, Al-Nasr overcame their guests Al-Faisaly 2-1.
Yehia Al-Shehri gave Al-Nasr the lead after 19 minutes before Diego Clderon equalized after 8 minutes, but in the second half Guilano Victor scored the winning goal in the 63rd minute.
Al-Shabab beat AL-Fayhaa 3-1 at ALMajma`a City Stadium.
An own goal from Valreca Jamain gave AL-Fayhaa the advantage after 47 minutes before Al-Shabab netted three times through Arthur Kruz, Constantin Boudesco and Nasser Al-Shamrani in the 60th, 79th and 96th minutes.
Al-Ahli returned from Prince Mohamed Bin Abdul Aziz Stadium with a 2-0 away win over Ohod.
Djaniny Tavares broke the deadlock in the 35th minute before Mohand Esseri secured the victory from a penalty kick in the 73rd minute.
The round games were opened on Thursday with 3 games saw؛ Al-Ittifaq beat Al-Batin 3-2, Al-Fateh held to a goalless draw with Al-Wahda and Al-Taween held to a 1-1 draw with Hazm.
The round games will be concluded on Saturday with two games؛ Al-Hilal will visit Al-Raed in the first game at King Abdullah Sport City Stadium while Al-Ittihad will host Al-Qadsya at King Abdullah Sport City Stadium in Jeddah in the second match.
