Salman Al-Namshan the chairman of the observers committee at Saudi Professional League Association, will lecture at a workshop organized by the Kuwaiti Football Federation entitled "The tasks of observers and coordinators of matches, media coordinators and Stadium Managers.".
The session began Tuesday (November 13th) and lasts for two days.
Al-Namshan received the invitation to participate in this workshop for his long experience in monitoring and managing of matches at the Asian and International football federations (AFC and FIFA), as well as being a safety and security inspector and a certified AFC lecturer in science and management of maintenance and security of sports facilities
