Al-Raed beat Al-Hazem in a 5-goal match
Al-Raed defeated Al-Hazem 3-2 on Friday in the 10th round of Prince Mohammed Bin Salman Professionals Cup League.
Mohamed Fouzair opened the scoring for Al-Raed with a superb free kick in the 21st minute, before Arnaud Djoum scored the second one in the 41st minute with a shot from inside the box.
In the second half, Ahmed Al Zein added Al-Raed's third goal in the 56th minute after a cross from inside the penalty area, before Al Hazem scored their first goal by Osama Khalaf with a superb shot from inside the penalty area in the 67th minute.
In the 74th minute, Carlos Strandberg added the second goal, taking advantage of the error of Al-Raed's goalkeeper Azzedine Doukha.
With that result, Al-Raed raised their tally to 14 points in tenth place with goal difference from Al-Hazem, who finished in eighth place.
