Saudi Pro League clubs concluded 128 deals with foreign players to set a record of the most foreign players' participation in the history of the league which was launched in 2008-2009 season.
The foreign-player quota in the First Division has also been revised, with clubs now allowed to sign eight foreign players in addition to a player of foreign origins who were born in Saudi Arabia.
41 nationalities will appear in the league as the majority of them belongs to the Brazilian nationality with 43 players.
For the managers, Argentina and Romania are the most represented nations with three coaches for each country followed by Belgium, Portugal and Uruguay with 2 coaches then Brazil, Tunisia and Serbia with one coach for each country.
