Mohamed Al-Kowaikabi put Al-Ittifaq in front after 4 minutes before Saleh Al-Shehri leveled in the 89th minute.
At King Abdullah Sport City Stadium, Al-Wahda held to a goalless draw to Al-Hazm.
In the third game, Al-Nasr beat Ohod 2-1 at Prince Mohamed Bin Abdul Aziz Sport City Stadium.
Yehia Al-Shehri and Nordin Amrabat scored Al-Nasr goals in the 12th and 96th minutes while Ohod goal came from an own goal by Al-Nasr's Petros Matheos.
